Vida Yakisugi is a unique wood look porcelain made in the image of burnt timber cladding, or shou sugi ban, a slightly charred cypress wood used in Japanese construction for added durability and water-proofing. The charring creates extra texture, enhancing the wood grain and creating a deep brown/black color.
